4. Orders & Confirmation

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed after verification via phone, WhatsApp, or system confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or verification issues.

5. Payment Methods

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online payment options (where available)

Orders may be canceled if payment verification fails or if COD confirmation is not completed.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days, depending on location.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • ShopEasy Pakistan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
