Refund & Exchange Policy

At ShopEasy Pakistan, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product or size)

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Digital products (NO REFUND POLICY APPLIES)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Innerwear, undergarments, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

All digital products are final sale. Once a digital product is delivered, downloaded, or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges, unless the issue is from our side.

4. Refund Process (Physical Products Only)

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made via bank transfer.

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

6. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake is from ShopEasy Pakistan.

7. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
